How is it one week things can be so good, and the next they�re awful. It�s like we�re living on this Ferris wheel, in which you climb climb climb, and for one brief moment, you�re sitting at the top, breathing too fast and hard, excited about everything. And then you�re going down, and you�re not sure where the moment changed and at which point it was that you stopped sitting on top and began to descend.
Then you hit bottom, and your guts ache and your head hurts and you�re so afraid that this is the time when someone kicks you off, and it�s over for good. You hold your breath, and suddenly you�ve been swept up again, and all you can do is anticipate the endless view. Breathe in a new sort of air, and live a new sort of life, and regardless of how brief it is, for a moment you�re high and mighty. It�s that moment that keeps us begging for the one more time around, and forces us to except those moments when we�re on the way down and out.
