Mother arraigned on multiple sex abuse-related charges
ALBANY- A woman accused of allowing at least two men to have sex with her 11-year-old daughter for money was arraigned Monday on multiple sex abuse-related charges.
Tanis Perez, 31, was charged with criminal mistreatment, sex abuse, rape and attempted rape. Bail was set at $250,000.
Perez was next scheduled to appear in court May 28.
Hector Villanueva-Palma, 21, who police say impregnated Perez�s daughter, was charged with sex abuse, rape, and attempted rape. His bail was set at $200,000.
Antonio Cuesta-Ramirez, 19, also faces rape and sex abuse charges. Bail was set at $500,000
Villanueva-Palma and Cuesta-Ramirez were scheduled to appear in court again May 20.
The girl is between four and seven months pregnant, an Albany police report said.
Villanueva-Palma had agreed to give the girl�s mother $100 per month until the baby was born, the police report said.
